Standard Shipping
Standard shipping and handling within the U.S. and Canada is by USPS at the flat rate of $4.00 for any number of items in a single order; delivery is 4 to 5 days after order is shipped.

Overnight Shipping
Overnight shipping and handling within the U.S. and Canada is by USPS for $25.00 in addition to the standard shipping charges above; delivery is next business day after order is shipped. Order before 2:00 PM PST Monday-Thursday to receive next day.

Shipping is available within the U.S. and Canada only and is not available to other international addresses.

Sales Tax
Orders shipping to addresses in Washington are charged sales tax on their purchases. The sales tax will be added to the total order amount during the checkout process.

Orders to all other states within the U.S. are not charged sales tax.

Return Policy
Due to ease of media duplication, we do not provide refunds for items purchased, whether the items are factory sealed or opened.

Opened items cannot be returned unless defective. Defective items will be replaced with the same item only. NO Refunds. All of the original packaging: case, booklets, liner notes, discs, etc. must be included. We do not pay for postage on returns.
